Targeting microglia for AD treatment
Microglia are resident immune cells critically involved in the progression of many neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease (AD). We are developing small molecule and peptide-based probes to modulate microglial functions to better understand microglial biology and deliver therapeutic candidates targeting microglia for treating AD.

Accelerating probe discovery targeting amyloids
Highly potent and selective amyloid binders have been used as both research tools in basic science and diagnostic agents in the clinic to track the progression of many neurodegenerative diseases. We are developing methods to further accelerate the process of probe discovery targeting amyloids.
